Refunds Policy
Ready to ship items:
The item you receive will be the one in the photos. Please make sure you're happy with the item before ordering. Returns will not be accepted for decorative design reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or you're unhappy with the product, please contact me within 7 calendar days of receipt (the date the courier delivered). If the item is a gift at Christmas/Mother's Day/Fathers Day, the 7 days will start at the date of the holiday concerned.
If there is damage, please provide evidence by sending photos.
I will work with you to find a solution that you're happy with. This will include the offer of a re-make (in the case of damage only), or refund. The original product will need to be returned in all circumstances.
If you would like to exchange the item, you'll be responsible for the return shipping and the P&P for the exchanged item.
If you've chosen a refund, this will be processed on receipt of the original item, or confirmation that it has been lost in transit from the courier only.
Orders will not be refunded/exchanged/re-made if the item is not returned.
If the order is damaged, I will cover the cost of the return. If the item is not faulty, then the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Please be aware that I can tell if the item has been damaged deliberately or through mishandling. Refunds will not be given if the item has been deliberately damaged or mishandled.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition, so please take care to pack well before returning.
Made to order items:
You'll be sent photos of your order before shipping. Please review and make sure you're happy with the item before it's shipped. Returns will not be accepted for decorative design reasons.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please notify me within 24 hours.
Ready to ship items:
These orders will be shipped within 48 hours to allow time to cancel, so it's essential that you inform me asap if you have changed your mind and would like to cancel. Once shipped, the buyer is responsible for the return of the unwanted item, as well as any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition, so please leave unopened and return in its original condition.
If you have requested urgent shipping, and the order has shipped before you have notified me of the cancellation, then the buyer is responsible for the return of the unwanted item, as well as any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition, so again, please leave unopened when received and return in its original packaging.
If opened upon receipt, please refer to the returns policy.
Made to order items:
You'll be contacted to discuss your commission after the order is placed. You’re free to cancel at any time during this period, and for 24 hours after the design is agreed and settled upon. This is to ensure that I don't waste time or materials on your order.
If you have ordered an item to be made bespoke to you, orders are usually shipped within one week of the design being agreed. If an expedited order has been requested, then it may be shipped as quickly as 12-48 hours. You'll be notified that your order is ready to ship and sent photos prior to shipping, this is your last opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
If you have requested urgent shipping (i.e. within the 24 hour notice period), or the order has shipped before you have notified me of the cancellation, then the buyer is responsible for the return of the unwanted item, as well as any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition, so please leave unopened when received and return in its original packaging.
